Stacy Keibler loves to meditate.

The 33-year-old former wrestler - who is currently dating George Clooney - is a fitness fanatic but also stresses the importance of looking after her emotional wellbeing by meditating.

She explained to E! News: 'I'm a big believer in maintaining a balance between body, mind and spirit. Take some time to meditate and restore your mind, even if it's just five minutes a day. It's so good for your overall being!

'You are what you eat. This is a major rule I live by and it's true. I've learned a lot experimenting with food and different cleanses.'

Stacy also revealed she gets bored if she doesn't have variety in her fitness regime.

She said: 'I go to Barry's Bootcamp,I spin, I hike, I do Pilates, I go down to the beach, I try to mix it up so I never get bored. Even if it's just doing jumping jacks for 10 minutes at home, it's important to keep your body moving.'

The star is passionate about child nutrition and previously revealed she wants to develop a healthy range of snacks for kids and educate them about eating sensibly.

She said: 'I'm developing my own healthy snack. I'd really like to target something for children because I feel like that is the generation I want to try and re-educate about food and what they're putting into their bodies.'
