Holly Madison has 'pretend' conversations with her unborn baby.

The former 'Girls Next Door' star admitted she and boyfriend Pasquale Rotella chat to the baby girl, who is due in March, and Holly even pretends to be the tot and talks back.

She told Us Weekly: 'Sometimes we have conversations with [her], and I pretend I'm her and converse back with [Pasquale]. We're all wackos. Hopefully she hears us and feels good.'

Holly previously revealed she and Pasquale want to get used to parenthood before tying the knot later this year.

Holly, 33, said: 'One thing at a time. We totally want to [get married], probably in late summer. We're going to wait until the baby comes and we get moved in to the house before I start planning any of that.'

Holly can't wait to become a mother and revealed she doesn't want to be a strict parent.

She said: 'It's hard to say because it's my first time. I don't want to be too strict because I think kids can get rebellious, but I hope to raise my daughter to be passionate about doing good things - about pursuing real things and real hobbies and not just frivolous material stuff.'
