Tom Fletcher's wife has found his wedding ring.

The distraught McFly star felt 'naked' without the jewellery after noticing it wasn't on his finger at the National Television Awards (NTAs) at London's The O2 on Wednesday (23.01.13), but the singer's spouse, Giovanna Falcone, recovered the missing ring, and promised she would no longer punish her husband by making him 'sleep out in the snow'.

Tom, 27, desperately tweeted for attendees at the TV awards bash to help him find the band earlier this week, writing: 'Dearest people at the NTAs at the O2, please keep a lookout for my wedding ring! I'd really like it back! :( (sic)'

However, it appears the 'All About You' singer had left the ring at home where Giovanna, 27, discovered it.

His spouse tweeted: 'You're very lucky @tommcfly... You won't be forced to sleep out in the snow tonight. Call off the search! The ring has been found. Xxx (Sic)'

The singer had admitted at the ceremony he was hopeful of finding his ring, even though he had never taken it off since marrying Giovanna in May 2012.

He said: 'I got here, and realised it wasn't on my finger; I never take it off. I don't know, I think it's still at home.

'I think I was playing with it this morning when I was making a sandwich. But I never take it off, and I got here today and... I feel a bit naked without it.'
