Larry Hagman's Los Angeles penthouse is being sold for $5.2 million.

The late 'Dallas' actor passed away aged 81 in November from complications with cancer and estate agent David Solomon has now placed the lavish two-bedroom home - which boasts a close proximity to the beach - on the market, according to TMZ.com.

The 3,029-square-foot condo - which was the actor's primary home before his death - is just one block away from the beach and provides a breathtaking view of the ocean.

The interior boasts windows that reach from the ceiling to the floor, a Jacuzzi and a bedroom which features gold wallpaper and matching gold bed sheets.

The actor originally listed the 20,000-square-foot estate in Ojai, California - which he bought in 1987 at the height of his fame - for sale prior to his death with an asking price of $6.5 million.

Larry played iconic oil baron J. R. Ewing in the original series of 'Dallas' between 1978 and 1991, and reprised the role in last year's revival of the show, but passed away during filming of the second season.

His family said at the time: 'Larry was back in his beloved Dallas, re-enacting the iconic role he loved most.

'Larry's family and close friends had joined him in Dallas for the Thanksgiving holiday.

'When he passed, he was surrounded by loved ones. It was a peaceful passing, just as he had wished for. The family requests privacy at this time.'
