Kim Kardashian is allegedly terrified of gaining too much weight while pregnant.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - whose boyfriend of nine months Kanye West, 35, recently announced she is expecting their first child in July - is said to be giving into her sweet tooth cravings but working out like crazy to make sure she's doesn't gain too much.

A source close to the 32-year-old reality TV star told HollywoodLife.com: 'Kim is eating for two. She is just craving so many sweets now, like pies and ice cream. She is working out a lot because she doesn't want to turn into a pregnant blimp!'

Kim revealed on Tuesday (15.01.13) that her pregnancy was a 'pleasant surprise' as she suffers from the same fertility issues as her younger sister Khloe, 28, who has been trying to get pregnant with her husband Lamar Odom for the past two years.

She said: 'Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues.

'It was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens, and that's just an exciting moment.'

Kim also said she 'definitely' wants to get married again, despite still being legally married to her estranged husband Kris Humphries.

Though the couple couldn't be happier with their lives at the moment, they want to make their union official in the future,

Speaking on the 'Today' show, Kim said: '[I'm] so content with how things are right now. And how life is and we're so happy. We definitely want that in the future, but I'm not in a rush.'
