Khloe Kardashian vows to get pregnant

Khloe Kardashian is determined to get pregnant this year.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - who has been open about her struggles to conceive with her husband Lamar Odom - has reportedly told friends she wants her first child to be around the same age as her older sister Kim's baby, who will arrive in June.

A source close to the 28-year-old reality TV star told HollywoodLife.com: 'Now that Kim is pregnant, Khloe is making it her top priority to get pregnant next. She really wants her kids to be the same ages as their cousins and is starting to panic a little.'

Khloe was previously said to have put her plans to start a family on hold after she landed a job as co-host alongside Mario Lopez on 'The X Factor' USA.

But the brunette beauty is now said to be eager to begin fertility treatments again regardless of whether her contract on the series is renewed.

A friend said: 'Even if she gets 'The X Factor' hosting gig again, she will continue on with her fertility treatments. She isn't jealous of Kim, more so just very inspired.'

Khloe recently revealed she is starting off the 2013 with a positive attitude and urged others to do the same.

She tweeted: 'Surround yourself with the positive. Misery loves company. Don't get sucked into the negative way of life. Mind over matter. #PositiveOutlook (sic).'
