Ronnie Wood and Sally Humphreys
Ronnie Wood feels 'blessed' to have found a new family.
The 65-year-old rocker married third spouse Sally Humphreys, 34, earlier this month and couldn't be happier with the welcome her loved ones have given him.
He said: 'I feel very blessed to have a new family. My dad and brothers are no longer with us so it's really nice to be welcomed by a new gang. Her relatives are lovely.'
The Rolling Stones guitarist - who admits to feeling so relaxed ahead of the wedding he took time to play snooker - had a perfect wedding day at London's Dorchester Hotel but says his one regret is he didn't meet Sally, who he had been dating around six months before they married, earlier in his life.
He told the new issue of Britain's HELLO! magazine: 'It was a wonderful day. She looked beautiful walking through that doorway.
'I wish I'd met Sal earlier. I can't think of another girl more suited to me.'
Fellow rockers Rod Stewart and Sir Paul McCartney were Ronnie's best men and he chose them because of their happiness with his relationship.
He explained: 'They have always been very supportive of me and Sally.
'Paul was saying at [his wedding] 'Wow, this is wonderful, you two make a great couple.' '
The 'Brown Sugar' star's three children, Jesse, 36, Leah, 34, and Tyrone, 29, sat on the front row for the ceremony and were delighted for their father.
Ronnie said: 'They are happy to see their dad happy.'
