Rochelle Humes has had a 'life-changing' year.

The Saturdays singer and JLS star Marvin Humes - who married in July - recently announced they are expecting their first child together and the brunette beauty is thrilled by all the events that have taken place over the last 12 months.

She said: 'This year has been completely life-changing. For a start, I began the year as a Wiseman and ended it as a Humes.

'My wedding was a dream come true. It was so amazing having all our friends and family with us to celebrate, and I'll treasure the day forever.

'Then, finding out I was pregnant was the best early Christmas present. I can't wait to be a mum.'

Rochelle announced in November that she was pregnant.

She tweeted: 'I wanted to be the first to tell you ...we have some exciting news to share! Marvin and I could NOT be more thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child mid next year.

'We have always dreamt of being parents and the news is the best early Christmas present we could have asked for (sic).'

Rochelle also gushed about what an amazing father her husband will be.

She added: 'I know Marvin is going to be a great dad and we're so excited to start a family. Thanks for all your support and lots of love, Rochelle x (sic).'
