Ashley Roberts' double Christmas lunch

Ashley Roberts is to have two Christmas lunches.

The former Pussycat Dolls singer divides her time over the festive period between her divorced parents and their new spouses in Phoenix, Arizona, and admits this means she gets to tuck into twice as much festive food.

She said: 'I'll be having two Christmas lunches. It will be Christmas Eve with mom and her partner, and Christmas Day with Dad and his wife.

'All I want for Christmas is to be with my family. I don't need anything else. I have love and that's all that matters.'

Ashley - who came second on UK reality TV show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' last month - is particularly excited about seeing her father because they had a difficult relationship until recently.

She added to Britain's Hello! magazine: 'Dad and I weren't communicating as much as we could. But the jungle reminded me that life is short and I'd been so caught up in my own world that I wasn't talking to him as much as I ought to have been.

'It's not true that I've deliberately distanced myself from him. We still have so much love for one another and I can't wait to see him at Christmas.'
