Renee Zellweger is dating Sheryl Crowe's ex-boyfriend.

The Oscar-winning actress was spotted kissing musician Doyle Bramhall II on Wednesday (12.12.12) at Los Angeles' LAX airport and sources say the couple - who went to college together - are smitten with each other.

One told Us Weekly magazine: 'They went to college together. It's going really well.'

Doyle previously dated singer Sheryl for two years after meeting on tour while he was her guitarist.

Renee's last serious relationship was with actor Bradley Cooper, but they split in March 2011, with sources claiming she wanted marriage while he didn't.

One said: 'There is no doubt both of these people have not had a great experience being married, however, Renee was ready to give it another try with Bradley. She's 41 and has an Oscar. She's starting to think about children and settling down while Bradley loves his life exactly as it is. It's taken him a long time to be an A-list actor, and he's enjoying all the perks, fame and opportunities that have come his way following 'The Hangover'.'

Renee, 43, was previously married to country singer Kenny Chesney, while Bradley was once wed to actress Jennifer Esposito.
