Fergie and Josh Duhamel love to watch movies together in bed.

The Black Eyed Peas singer and her actor husband make sure to take time out of their busy schedules for each other and love nothing more than nights at home or trying out new dining venues.

Fergie told Hollyscoop: 'Last night we laid in bed and watched movies. Sometimes we got to dinner. We like to go to new places.'

Ferige - who wed the 'Life As We Know It' actor in 2009 - previously revealed she had to face 'difficult' times when nine months into their marriage it was alleged he had cheated on her with a stripper, but she is adamant the unfounded claims actually made their relationship rock solid.

She said the incident had helped her re-evaluate her marriage, explaining: 'It was difficult. When you got through difficult times it really makes you stronger as unit, as a partnership. It does for us anyway. Our love today is a deeper love.'

The couple renewed their vows in 2010 and the 37-year-old singer insists their relationship is now stronger than ever because they understand the importance of communication.

Fergie added: 'We're strong today because of anything difficult that's happened with us. We deal with it. We communicate. Communicating's the most important thing.'
