Shenae Grimes is engaged to British model and musician Josh Beech.

The '90210' actress - who started dating Josh nine months ago - revealed the happy news on her website but insisted the couple will keep their nuptials private.

She wrote on officialshenaegrimes.com: 'Thanks for all the congratulations everyone, I'm a very happy lady indeed and all the warm wishes are well appreciated! We plan to keep our special day very private and we hope everyone can respect that. Thanks for the love, right back atcha! Xx S (sic).'

Shenae, 23 and 24-year-old Josh are reportedly planning to tie the knot in England next year.

A source told Us Weekly: 'Josh couldn't see himself being with anyone else so he asked her and she is over the moon about it.

'They fell for each other hard and since they met they talk non-stop. If they're not around each other, they're texting, calling and tweeting back and forth all the time.'

Shenae - who plays Annie Wilson in '90210' - is currently filming the fifth series of the show but is also forging a movie career.

She starred in 'Scream 4' and recently filmed 'Empire State' with Liam Hemsworth, who is engaged to Miley Cyrus.
