Nikki Reed joins Ultra Premium Cut panel

Nikki Reed has joined Diddy on the judging panel of the Ultra Premium Cut filmmaker series.

The 'Twilight Saga' actress will work with the rapper and Esquire's Jack Essig to create a shortlist of three aspiring filmmakers who will compete to create the next CIROC Safe Rides commercial.

The finalists will then be voted for online by people across America from December 6th to 11th, with the winning entry airing on TV on New Year's Eve (31.12.12).

Nikki said: 'I'm thrilled to be working with Sean 'Diddy' Combs, CIROC Vodka and Esquire as a judge for the Ultra Premium Cut filmmaker series and helping to elevate awareness for such an important cause. As an artist myself, I'm excited to see the original videos submitted.'

Diddy added: 'New Year's Eve is a very special time of year for me, my family and people all over the world who come together to celebrate life. This year, I am especially excited to offer aspiring filmmakers the opportunity to make history and direct a national television campaign, a first for the brand, all in the spirit of celebrating responsibly.'

CIROC - Diddy's co-venture with drinks brand Diageo - has also launched the fifth annual CIROC Safe Rides campaign, which provides US consumers with free rides from transportation partners as they return from their New Year's Eve activities.
