Kourtney Kardashian furious about engagement pressure

Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly furious she is being pressured to get engaged.

The 33-year-old reality star - who has a two-year-old son Mason, and a four-month-old daughter Penelope with long-term boyfriend Scott Disick - is said to be angry with her mother Kris Jenner for trying to persuade Scott to propose on the final episode of their reality show 'Kourtney and Kim Take Miami'.

Kris has also reportedly asked Kourtney to film her wedding for a one-hour special episode, similar to her sister Kim's televised nuptials with estranged husband Kris Humphries last year.

A source close to Kourtney told HollywoodLife.com: 'Kris is the mastermind behind Kourtney and Scott getting engaged and married on TV. She's the one who initially came up with the idea. She thinks it will bring in huge ratings for the season finale of 'Kourtney & Kim Take Miami'.

'The finale will most likely be about their engagement and the wedding will be its own televised special. That way they can milk the engagement and wedding for all it's worth.

'Kourtney isn't all too happy about it because she still has her doubts about Scott. Scott, on the other hand, doesn't have a problem with it. He figures they are going to get married eventually, so why not do it on TV.'

The 29-year-old hunk was spotted in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a male friend checking out engagement bands at Levinson Jewelers last week.

An onlooker said: 'Scott was most definitely shopping for engagement rings, and all of them were large!

'Scott and his friend looked at a whole selection of amazing rings, all diamond, all different cuts, sizes, settings -- he certainly is taking his time and wants to make the right purchase.'

But Kourtney might not be the only Kardashian sister to get engaged soon as Kanye West has also reportedly been planning to pop the question to his 32-year-old girlfriend Kim despite the fact she is not yet divorced.
