Chris Brown is launching a new charity for young artists.

The 'Turn Up The Music' singer - who recently rekindled his relationship with Rihanna despite still being on probation for beating her in 2009 for which he was sentenced to six months community service - will launch his new charity The Symphonic Love Foundation which promotes using love and art to change the world on Monday (05.11.12).

A source told gossip website JustJared.com that the 23-year-old entertainer's new organisation will establish and fund a variety of arts programs for young people in Los Angeles, and will also encourage them to get involved in every day public service by educating them about respect and kindness.

The foundation will be launched at a mini festival, which will include representatives from the singer's favourite non-profit organisations such as HOLA (Heart of Los Angeles), Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Jenesse Center, Break the Cycle, Best Buddies, AIDS Project Los Angeles, and Creative Visions Foundation.

Earlier this week, the foundation asked Chris' fans to sketch and create artwork inspired by his song 'Beautiful People' which will be featured on its website and unveiled at the launch.

It is not yet known if Rihanna will attend the launch but Chris is expected to dress up for her lavish Halloween party at Greystone Manor in Hollywood tonight (31.10.12).

According to friends close to the 24-year-old 'Diamonds' singer, Chris - who was spotted partying alone in the Supperclub in Hollywood last night (30.10.12) - has been invited to attend the bash but has been warned not to bring his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

He dumped model Karrueche last month and blamed his 'friendship' with Rihanna for their split but has been spotted hanging out with her several times recently while Rihanna is busying recording her new album 'Unapologetic'.
