Lil Wayne feeling better after health scare

Lil Wayne's rapper friends insist he is fine after his recent health scare.

The 'Lollipop' singer reportedly suffered 'seizure-like symptoms' and his private plane had to make an emergency landing in Texas so he could receive hospital treatment earlier this week but 2 Chainz said the rapper was feeling much better.

He told MTV News: 'I talked to him before ya'll heard about anything, so he's straight. Young money for life-you dig? Get well soon homie.'

Lil Wayne's management have also played down the seriousness of the incident, claiming it was merely a bad migraine coupled with dehydration which caused the health scare.

Meanwhile, Meek Mill, admitted that he hadn't spoken to Wayne because he knew the rapper would be inundated with well wishers.

He said: 'I didn't get a chance to check in with Lil Wayne, you know he has probably a million people checking in with him at the same time. When I see him I'll make sure he's good. Wayne, thats the homie.'

The 'No Worries' hitmaker is currently preparing for the release of his 10th album, 'I Am Not a Human Being II', which is due to drop in December.
