Zayn Malik: 'I'm a bad boy'

Zayn Malik is a self-confessed bad boy.

Despite being part of squeaky clean boy band One Direction, Zayn likes to think of himself as a bit of a rebel and feels he is 'misunderstood' by people.

According to the Daily Star newspaper, he said: 'I am a bit of a bad boy. I like to use the term 'misunderstood.' I have tattoos and I mess around. That's part of my image, so it's cool.'

Zayn is not the only member of the group with tattoos, with Harry Styles - who already has several pieces of body art including a star, the letter A, and a clothes hanger - recently getting the words 'Things I can' inked on the inside of one arm, and 'Things I Can't' on the other while in the Irish capital Dublin.

Harry wasn't the only member of the successful group to get tattoos in the city.

Louis Tomlinson told fans on twitter that he and Liam Payne both got inkings of screws, to match existing ones already inked on their bandmates Harry and Zayn Malik.

Louis tweeted: 'So Me and Liam joined the crew and got two screw tattoo's on our ankles, now we all have it except Niall! Come on @NiallOfficial.'

However, Niall Horan is said to have a fear of needles and refused to join the other boys as they got inked.
