Sharon Osbourne thought Ozzy would be a one night stand

Sharon Osbourne thought Ozzy would never talk to her again after the first time they had sex.

The 60-year-old TV presenter - who first met Ozzy at the age of 18 while working for her father, who managed his band Black Sabbath - was surprised when he wanted to stay in touch with her after their relationship became physical, as she expected things to become awkward.

She said: 'He f***ed me one night. We were at a place called Shepperton Studios, Ozzy had just finished his first album, 'Blizzard of Oz', the band were rehearsing to start touring the next day. We were all drunk celebrating and we were both legless, and it was one of those things, you wake up in the morning, I thought he's not going to talk to me and I won't be able to look at him and how are we doing to make this thing work out ... and then that night we were at it again!'

Although she enjoyed getting close with Ozzy, she thought their relationship would be a short-lived fling, which she was happy with.

However, Ozzy wanted more and his persistence was what led to them becoming a couple and eventually being married for 30 years.

Speaking on Triple M's 'Merrick and The Highway Patrol' radio show in Australia, she said: 'Oh my goodness he just wore me down.

'We had been friends along the way, I used to work on the road, he was on the road touring, our paths would cross, we started to work with each other and he wore me down!'
