Chris O\'Dowd
Chris O'Dowd is glad he found fame as he got older.
The 32-year-old actor became a household name starring in UK TV sitcom 'The I.T. Crowd' in 2006 before finding global success in comedy film 'Bridesmaids' and is relieved he has had a gradual path to stardom.
He said: 'The fame thing has happened very gradually, so I've been kind of lucky. I don't know how I would have dealt with it if I had been one of the 'Twilight' guys. To be 21 and that famous would be terrifying.'
However, Chris - who married long term partner Dawn Porter last month - does admit it has sometimes gone to his head, because he mistakes members of the public for fans.
He joked to Closer magazine: 'A couple of weeks ago, a tourist stopped and handed me a piece of paper, and I thought he wanted an autograph. But then I realised it was a map and they were asking me for directions!'
