Lindsay Lohan will not let Amanda Bynes upstage her: New arrest

New trouble for Lindsay Lohan, who has been looking like a reasonable sort with all the crazy Amanda Bynes news popping up.
Now she is catching up, arrested in New York City for allegedly clipping a man with her SUV while parking.
TMZ reports witnesses who claimed the man didn't appear to have any visible injuries and Lohan is adamant that she is the victim of an opportunistic potential law suit.
According to their report, Lindsay parked her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when she allegedly hit the knee of a man after midnight.
Then someone called police while Lindsay was inside ... and when she walked out of the hotel officers arrested her around 2:30 AM.
Lindsay was taken to the station, fingerprinted, photographed and booked for leaving the scene of an accident then released with a desk appearance ticket.
