Chantelle Houghton has dumped her fiance Alex Reid.

The blonde beauty - who has a 10-week-old daughter Dolly with the cage fighter - took to twitter to reveal their relationship had ended just two days after he was arrested outside the house they shared in Brentwood, Essex, South East England.

She wrote: 'Unfortunately I have had no option but to end my relationship with Alex.'

Alex was released without charge following the incident, during which he was heard screaming to be let into the house in the early hours of Wednesday morning (05.09.12).

Chantelle - who was previously married to Ordinary Boys singer Preston - revealed earlier this week she thought Alex needed to change the way he treats her, and claimed they had 'trust issues'.

She said: 'As much as I am strong I'm also really weal. Dolly is my strength, nothing can break me as long as I've got her. I'd do anything for Dolly. I'd die for her. Alex needs to change how he treats me. There are people on the outside meddling and we have trust issues, which need to be worked on.'

Alex was previously married to Katie Price, but she dumped him before they were even married for a year.
