Kelsey Grammer is 'quite good' at changing diapers.

The former 'Frasier' star says he and his British wife Kayte are not 'nanny' people and he has become adept at keeping his one-month-old daughter Faith clean and fresh.

He said: 'We don't have nannies, so I do a lot of nappy changing, which I'm quite good at now.

'I also do quite a bit of cleaning up around the house, just because I prefer it that way. I don't like a mess. I like a tidy house, the thing things in the right place and the laundry to be done. I'm a slave to my home in fact.'

Kelsey is still enamoured with Kayte - a former flight attendant who he met while on her plane - and thinks of her as 'very different' to his three previous wives.

The father-of-five said: 'Kayte is very different from anyone I have ever been involved with, partly because she's English, I mean British - I'm still learning how not to offend anyone here.

'The big thing that I found initially interesting about her was that there was a sort of worldliness that she had that I wasn't accustomed to, having married only American girls before.'
