TMZ got Prince Harry dead to rights naked with his wedding tackle on full display in Las Vegas, where the cheeky royal did not get the "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" memo.

Harry's willie was pixilated out in the TMZ published shots, which some party pooping harlot sold to the Internet tabloid for a quick buck, allegedly.

The royal heir appeared to be playing strip billiards with a room full of "friends" in his VIP suite Friday night during a raging party in a high rollers hotel suite.

Harry allegedly picked up some "hot chicks" ... and invited them up to his VIP suite.

In one photo, naked Harry cups his genitals while a topless woman stands behind him.

In another photo, a naked Harry is bear-hugging a woman who appears to be completely naked as well.
