Denise Richards threw a birthday party for former husband Charlie Sheen's ex-wife.
The 41-year-old actress - who has two daughters, Sam, eight, and seven-year-old Lola, with the 'Anger Management' star - hosted the bash for Brooke Mueller at her Beverly Hills home yesterday (19.08.12).
Denise - who is also mother to 14-month-old adopted daughter Eloise - tweeted: 'Having a party today . . . ex-wife No. 2 (me) is having ex-wife No. 3 (Brooke) birthday party at my house . . . oh and our ex-husband will be here. How's your Sunday? (sic)'
According to E! News, Brooke - who has three-year-old twins, Bob and Max, with Charlie - celebrated her 35th birthday with Denise, Charlie and all their kids.
Denise and Charlie split in 2006 while she was still pregnant with Lola and despite a messy break-up, they put their differences aside for the sake of their daughters.
Charlie and Brooke - who both have a history of drink and drug abuse - divorced in May last year and despite reports of a reconciliation, they are both still single.
Denise has recently spoken of her relationship with Charlie, saying how close they are.
She said: 'We are like best friends now. Confidants. He tells me everything.'
