Peter Andre has introduced his new girlfriend to his friends.

The 39-year-old reality TV star threw a huge party at his house on Sunday (29.07.12) so some of his showbiz pals could meet medical student Emily MacDonagh, who he has recently started dating.

Writing before the bash in his new! magazine column, he revealed: '[I decided to organise] a huge party at my house last Sunday as I wanted to have all my friends and family over to thank them for all their help over the years.

'I'm making sangria and punch and I'm hoping it'll be a right knees-up. I've invited Gino D'Acampo and Tony Cowell and I'm looking forward to seeing them. Amy Childs might pop over with her boyfriend David Peters too, which would be nice.

'And Emily's going to be there, so it'll be good for her to meet all my friends.'

Peter was also planning on feeding his 100 guests, with 'a hog roast and some amazing lamb.'

The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer also said he likes having Emily around because she counters his 'dizzy' ways by giving him reminders of his forgotten belongings.

Referring to a picture of her handing him over his money, he said: 'She's passing me my wallet in this picture because I'd probably left it in the car or something. It's always good to have someone with you who isn't as dizzy as you are, isn't it?!'
