Tulisa Contostavlos
Tulisa Contostavlos was set to be offered a share of her x-rated video profits.
Her ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards recently admitted to leaking intimate footage of the former couple onto the internet in March and his alleged co-conspirators plotted to serve Tulisa with an ultimatum, telling her she could either take a 50 per cent share in the profits if she dropped her objections or get 'f**k all'.
Tulisa is suing businessman Jim Deans along with Marino Franchi and Dennis Jared for £100,000 for breach of privacy and in new documents filed in her legal dispute she alleges they discussed by email a script that would be read to her management once the video went public, according to The Sun newspaper.
Mr. Deans - who is accused of sending the email to the other men - has claimed that the evidence against him is 'very much in doubt'.
Yesterday (18.07.12) it was revealed Tulisa, who has settled with Justin after he admitted his involvement in the plot to release the footage, is suing Spice Girls founder Chris Herbert - who was not included in the alleged email - for trying to cash in on her sex tape.
She claimed Chris - who had been hired by 'The X Factor', on which Tulisa is a judge - hoped to make £4 million pounds along with his accomplices by selling the footage.
As a result of the legal dispute, he has now been dropped by the ITV1 reality show from his consultancy role.
A spokesman said: 'As a result of us becoming aware of the ongoing legal dispute between Tulisa and Mr. Herbert, we have decided it is in everyone's interest for him to not be involved in the forthcoming series.'
