Kris Jenner: Kim's marriage was a mistake

Kris Jenner has called Kim Kardashian's marriage to Kris Humphries a measly 72-day mistake.

The reality TV star married the basketball player in a lavish ceremony in August 2011 before ending the relationship 72 days later and her mother classed the marriage as a mistake.

In an interview with Bethenny Frankel set to air next week, Kris said of Kim: 'She's really good with her intuition... Well, she hasn't been so right lately,' in reference to Humphries.

When Bethenny reminded her that everyone makes mistakes, Kris replied, 'What's a measly little 72 days?'

Kim has since moved on to date Kanye West and Jenner doesn't think it's too soon.

She said previously: 'He's been a family friend for a long time and he's a really nice guy. When your kids are happy, you're happy.

'I think Kim is just hanging out with friends. There's nothing crazy going on. They're just having a really good time. My kids are really smart about timing and all that. So she knows what she's doing.

'First and foremost, she didn't want to disappoint anybody. She feels horrible about what happened. She's still going and struggling through that whole process.'
