Courteney Cox and David Arquette
Courteney Cox has filed her own divorce papers against estranged husband David Arquette.
The former 'Friends' actress filed the papers on June 8 - the same day as David filed his - at Los Angeles Superior Court as a response to the 'Scream 4' actor, citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason behind the split.
It was the same reason David cited in his papers, and like her former partner, Courteney wants joint legal and physical custody of their eight-year-old daughter Coco.
The 'Cougar Town' star - who also requests to officially drop Arquette from her last name - is representing herself without lawyer, just like David.
The couple got together after meeting of the set of the first 'Scream' film in 1995 and married in 1999, but separated in October 2010.
At the time they released a statement saying: 'We are comfortable with the boundaries that we have established for each other during this separation and we hope that our friends, family, fans and the media also show us respect, dignity, understanding and love at this time as well.'
The couple remained on good terms, with Courteney and Coco supporting David when he appeared on 'Dancing On Ice' last year.
Since their split, David had a short romance with TV presenter Christina McLarty, while Courteney has remained single.
