Ms. Chung's efforts will benefit The Good Shepherd Center on Saturday, June 16th from 4-6:30 pm.
The Good Shepherd Center is an incredible organization in Downtown Los Angeles that has offered a safe haven for homeless women and children since opening in 1984. The center provides food, clothing, shelter and supportive services to some of the LA community's most vulnerable members.
The center offer a continuum of services geared towards the ultimate goal of permanently ending homelessness for those who come through their doors, without regard to race, religion or ethnicity. More information is available at gschomless.org.
The partnership between Cycle House and The Good Shepherd Center came from a true passion to help those in need. Each establishment is thrilled to make participants feel great inside and out, not only by providing an incredible workout, but, by offering the knowledge that they have helped those less fortunate.
The class featured in this event will be a special 1- hour class that includes a rotation of Cycle House’s top trainers in 15 minute increments, providing riders with a ‘sample platter’ of the phenomenal workouts that Cycle House trainers have to offer.
Cycle house is located at: 624 North La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90035
