Blake Lively
Blake Lively has been granted a restraining order against her alleged stalker.
The 'Gossip Girl' actress claims Sergei Mifle was hanging around the set of her show and said he also contacted her mother, Elaine, and as a result he is not allowed within 100 yards of either of the women.
A picture of Mifle was attached to Blake's petition and showed a man with a prominent nose wearing a baseball cap, a polo shirt and a thick coat.
In her application, Blake says she fears for the safety of herself and her mother.
It read: ''Respondent Milfe's harassing and stalking behaviour has steadily intensified between February 1 and the present causing Lively and her mother significant distress and anxiety.'
According to gossip website TMZ, the man claims to have a 'metaphysical' connection to 24-year-old Blake.
The restraining order has been put in place on a temporary basis ahead of a court hearing on March 2.
Blake is not the only star to recently have a restraining order granted against her alleged stalkers.
Halle Berry and Kirsten Dunst have both taken legal action against men they say were harassing them and were granted legal protection from them.
