Halle Berry's boyfriend pulled over by police

Olivier Martinez has been pulled over and issued a traffic infringement notice by traffic police in West Hollywood.
The 46-year-old French actor was stopped by law enforcement outside the gates of the school where his reputed fiancée Halle Berry's three-year-old daughter attends day care. TMZ.com reports that officers noticed that the 'Blood and Chocolate' star was driving without displaying his vehicle registration, or front license plate. He was given a fine and moved on.
Meanwhile, as speculation mounts of the pair's marriage plans, it has been reported that the 'X Men: The Last Stand' actress is planning to resettle in France.
The 45-year-old star believes that her man's home country is a much safer place for her and Nahla, and has filed court papers requesting a move.
However, Nahla's father French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry is not so keen on the idea.
The two have been involved in a legal tussle over accusations that Gabriel pushed Halle while the toddler was in her arms.
