Aerosmith lead singer and "American Idol" judge Steven Tyler bought a home on Hawaii's Maui for $4.8 million. It was listed for $6.5 million, according to the AP.
The pentagonal 3,000-square-foot home has two bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, built on the water in a nature preserve area near Wailea, and boasts a floor-to-ceiling aquarium and an infinity-edge saltwater pool..
Tyler, 63, is set to star in the 11th season of "American Idol" premiered on Fox on Wednesday.
