Heather Locklear may be just out of hospital but it has been reported by TMZ that the actress and her ex, Jack Wagner have to attend a hearing at the L.A. City Attorney’s Office.
Sources told the website that Melrose Place co-stars Locklear and Wagner had a physical altercation at the end of December.
Law enforcement officers were called out to Wagner’s home in San Fernando Valley where a fight had allegedly occurred. A police officer explaining the situation said “She lost it on him and he retaliated.”
Neither 50-year-old Locklear or 52-year-old Wagner wished to press charges but a file on the case was still sent to the City Attorney.
The hearing will decide whether any charges need to be filed.
Sources told TMZ they were certain that no charges would be filed and the matter would be dropped at the hearing, which is scheduled to take place before the end of January
Locklear and Wagner were together for over four years when they called off their engagement in November 2011.
