AnnaLynne McCord accidentally tweeted a picture of herself to a fan flashing her nipple.

“This is for you @meganraee You rock! Xxx A.”

The mishap was quickly corrected by the 24-year-old as she deleted, cropped and re-sent the picture which was meant to emphasise her necklace.

It appeared that the 90210 actress private messaged the fan regarding the incident.

Her fan tweeted “I can’t reply in a message since you don’t follow me, but yes its gone!! I wasn’t sure if you noticed it when you posted”

McCord spoke to Global Grind regarding the matter of the tweeted photo.

"My only response to all these lovely people is he who be without sin cast the first stone. If you have never messed up or done anything wrong in your life then please feel free to judge me."

“I’m a human being and we make mistakes,” she added.

McCord is heading to Sundance next week as she has a movie opening there this year.

Excision is due for release in 2012 and McCord stars as a high school student with psychological problems looking for her mother’s approval.

Mccord says the director of the film, Richard Bates Jr. is the ‘one to watch’.

“He's 27 in March, just a few years out of film school at NYU's Tisch. This is his first film and it's world premiering at Sundance. I think that says it all."
