Nick Cannon back at home with family

Nick Cannon is out of the hospital after going through an operation for ‘mild kidney failure.’
31-year-old Cannon was on holiday with his wife Mariah Carey in Aspen when he was admitted to hospital.
The America’s Got Talent host posted on his Twitter account "Just left the operating table and I was awake during the whole procedure. #OUCH."
"Please pray for Nick as he’s fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure," 41-year-old Carey tweeted.
The Fantasy singer kept fans updated regarding Cannon’s recovery through Twitter. She thanked everyone for their love and concern and asked people to "pray for Nick" and "keep Nick in their thoughts."
Cannon’s rep told People “Nick Cannon was released over the weekend to be with his family. He is resting and recovering at home and would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayers.”
She also said that Cannon planned to return to his live radio show Rollin’ with Nick Cannon on January 17th.
Carey posted on Twitter today "Daddy Nick is getting beter, we’re all home together taking care of each other, excited about the new year!!"
