NBA basketball legend Michael Jordan is engaged to girlfriend Yvette Prieto.
A spokeswoman confirmed to WCNC that the Charlotte Bobcats majority owner got engaged on Christmas Day.
Jordan has been dating 32-year-old Cuban-American model Prieto for three years.
This will be the second marriage for 48-year-old Jordan. He was previously married to Juanita Vanoy for over 17 years before they got divorced in December 2006. From the union they had two sons, Jeffrey Michael and Marcus James, and a daughter Jasmine.
Jordan joins a list of celebrities that got engaged over the Christmas holiday. Steven Tyler proposed to girlfriend Erin Brady, Matthew McConaughey popped the question to Camila Alves and Britney Spears and Jason Trawick celebrated their engagement in Vegas.
