Steven Tyler engagement confirmed

Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler is engaged to his girlfriend Erin Brady.
Tyler proposed to Brady while the couple were vacationing in Hawaii with a 5-carat brilliant-cut diamond ring according to People magazine.
The ring was designed by jeweller Loree Rodkin.
Rodkin told People the proposal was a surprise. She said “Having made jewelry for both Erin and Steven made it an effortless process, as I know their taste.”
Rodkin’s spokesperson added “It’s one of a kind, like all of her pieces.”
TMZ reported that the Tyler’s proposal did not go down well with his family. They were allegedly upset the 63-year-old did not tell them about his plans to propose to 38-year-old Brady.
The source claimed the family dislike Brady.
“She’s just been mean to the family,” a source told TMZ.
Another added “She’s just not nice.”
Tyler and Brady have been together for five years. It will be the third time down the aisle for the American Idol Judge. He was previously married to Cyrinda Foxe, an ex-Warhol model and clothing designer Teresa Barrick.
