Lady Gaga has kept her number one spot for the second year running on the Top 20 Celebs Gone Good of 2011.

The list is compiled each year by the teen-focused volunteer organization DoSomething.org which ranks the stars according to the charity work they have been involved in over the year.

Lady Gaga earned the top spot with her anti-bullying campaign and her support towards helping in the fight against HIV and AIDS. The pop sensation is also in the process of setting up a charity called the’ Born This Way Foundation’ which aims to help youths with their well-being, career development, anti-bullying and self-confidence.

Never Say Never singer Justin Bieber followed in closely behind Gaga hitting number two on the list. It was a big jump from the number ten spot last year. The 17-year-old pop star launched the ‘Believe Charity Drive,’ which aims to help numerous causes such as music education and children’s cancer. Bieber was also involved in the Pencils of Promise campaign, the Make-A- Wish foundation and many other charities. The teen pop star is donating some of the profits of his holiday song ‘Under the Mistletoe’ to charity.

George Clooney, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith and Leonardo DeCapri rounded up the top five.
