Robert De Niro and his wife Grace Hightower had a happy holiday as they welcomed their new baby daughter into the family.
De Niro’s rep confirmed to Access Hollywood that Helen Grace Hightower weighed in at 7lb 2oz and was born via a surrogate.
68-year-old De Niro and 56-year old Hightower already have a son, Elliot, who was born in 1998.
The ‘Meet the Parents’ star has a child, Raphael, with former wife Diahnne Abbott. He adopted Abbott’s daughter, Drena, who she had from a previous marriage.
In 1995, De Niro and his then girlfriend Toukie Smith had twins Julian Henry and Aaron Kendrik via a surrogate.
De Niro can next be seen in the film ‘Being Flynn’ which has a USA release date of March 2nd 2012. The film is based on a true story and follows the relationship between a father and son.
