We don't need E! to tell us the obvious: Charlie Sheen was the Yahtzee of celebrity news for 2011.
E! reports that Charlie Sheen would win in a landslide for the honors of 2011's most notable celebrity.
E! Celeb of the Year honors and $25,000 are given to the charity of his or her choice - and are apparently going to Sheen, who had formidable competition this year.
E! readers picked Sheen over Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato and Kim Kardashian.
And now Sheen, who's been tweeting links to the E! contest, is making his case for why he should be named No. 1 Newsmaker over Kate Middleton!
"Did she get fired, watch the show turn to GAR-BAGE and then TAKE ALL THEIR MONEY????" Sheen wrote exclusively to E! News while vacationing with Denise Richards, their two daughters and Richards' baby girl in Mexico.
But the Duchess of Cambridge still has time to steal this honor if she reveals her alleged pregnancy before December 31.
