Kris Humphries re-signs with Nets

Basketball player Kris Humphries has returned to the New Jersey Nets.
Humphries, who is well known for his 72-day marriage to Kim Kardashian and appearing in the family's reality TV shows, is pleased to have re-signed with his former basketball team.
'Excited to be back!' he tweeted earlier today.
A source confirmed to E! News that Humphries has signed a whopping $8 million, one-year contract.
Nets General Manager, Billy King, made an announcement today confirming the re-signing of Humphries. He said “Kris had a breakout season last year, and established himself as one of the premier rebounders in the league.”
King continued “We look forward to his continued progress and his addition will certainly add stability to our frontcourt rotation.”
26-year-old Humphries joined the Nets as part of a trade from the Dallas Mavericks on January 11th 2010. He scored his career-high 25 points in the game against the Los Angeles Clippers on January 27th 2010.
