Lindsay Lohan set to make court date

Lindsay Lohan may have missed her scheduled appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show after missing her flight home, but the actress still made it back in time for her court date.
Lohan’s rep, Steve Honig, told E News! “Lindsay had a travel-related issue arise that took a few hours to sort out. It has been resolved and she will be back in Los Angeles in time for her court appearance."
The 25-year-old actress is due to appear in front of the judge today for a progress report on her earlier sentence relating to a theft charge. Lohan was ordered to serve her community service in the Los Angeles County morgue and attend psychotherapy sessions.
The ‘Mean Girls’ stars’ holiday retreat did not play out well for the actress when her purse got stolen. It was later returned but was missing $10,000.
Lohan was due to appear on the Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote her Playboy pictorial. However, the images leaked on the internet and Playboy were forced to release the magazine earlier than scheduled.
