Barbara Walters is back to introduce her top ten most interesting people of the year.

The annual show ‘Barbara Walters presents the ten most fascinating people of 2011’ will air at 9.30pm, ET, on ABC on Wednesday 14th December 2011.

The show features the most striking names in the public eye ranging from entertainment to sports.

Some of the names on the list have been released and include:

American reality stars - the Kardashian family, X Factor’s Simon Cowell, Modern Family stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet, New York Yankee’s Captain Derek Jeter, business mogul Donald Trump, singer Katy Perry and Kate Middleton’s sister, Pippa Middleton who dazzled at the Royal Wedding.

The number one most fascinating person of 2011 will be announced during the 90-minute special.
