Kim Kardashian fans got to see the reality star's short-lived marriage to Kris Humphries begin to unravel on last night's series premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take New York.

The couple, who wed in a lavish ceremony in August, begin married life by sharing a suite in New York’s Gansevoort Hotel with Kardashian’s 32-year-old sister Kourtney, her partner Scott Disick and their baby Mason – an arrangement that quickly turns sour.

Signs that there are problems in the marriage include the 26-year-old basketball star losing his temper when he walks in on his new wife and Kourtney doing yoga with a naked instructor; the couple fighting over cleanliness – Kardashian is a “neat freak”, while her new hubby keeps leaving his clothes everywhere; and Humphries showing Kardashian that he doesn't have much respect for her career.

And during a post-wedding celebration in New York club Capitale, Humphries refuses to do any press and when told it's time for them to cut their welcome cake, he tells the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star: 'You care about that. I don't give a f***.'
