Lindsay Lohan's courtroom adventure continues: Lindsay, with new and improved teeth, is back in court Wednesday to learn whether a judge will agree with a prosecutor who wishes the actress to be returned to jail for failing to complete a community service assignment at a women's shelter.
Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner - who had barely contained her disgust with Lohan's lack of follow-through - revoked Lohan's probation at a hearing nearly two weeks ago.
The formal ruling awaits for Lohan, who violated the terms of her sentence.
Sautner has already voiced her unhappiness with the state of California's budget-strapped jail system.
"If jail meant something in the state of California now, maybe I'd put her in jail," Sautner said at Lohan's last court appearance.
Lindsay in the meantime has worked at the Los Angeles morgue regularly, after a bad first day start where she was refused entry for being 40 minutes late.
