Kim Kardashian’s scam marriage, questions over money making event

Kim Kardashian’s divorce to Minnesota native basketball star Kris Humphries is so out of the blue and dramatic, many observers of pop culture are crying foul over the whole Kardashian wedding event.

Humphries won’t get any money in the divorce and also was reportedly “blindsided” by Kardashian’s decision to file papers.

He said in a statement that he still wants to make the marriage work. Kardashian still has not tweeted about the whole situation and took off from LAX last night heading for Australia in a sea of paparazzi at the airport.

Meanwhile, over at E! — where everyone remains "surprised" by the Kardashian/Humphries divorce — executives are reportedly debating whether to continue airing reruns of “Kim’s Fairytale Wedding,” according to the New York Times ArtsBeat.

The best blunt talk comes from the New York Post's Andrea Peyser:
On Kardashian: "She’s a fame whore for hire who became fabulously wealthy not for her looks, brains, sex appeal or talent. But for the super-sized quality of her protruding butt."

On Humphries: "He’s tall, dark, athletic and exceptionally, stupendously, over-the-top dumb."

"The only mystery remaining is how any human so lacking in brain function could summon the ability to walk upright.

She continues: “It was a pairing born in an agent’s office, and spawned in amoral Hollywood...Then, it drove to the finish line wrapped in a dank hell where sacred, holy matrimony is nothing more than a cynical money-making enterprise. The marriage was nothing more than a profitable scam, one bought by heavy-set romantics who live their entire lives hoping for a shot at getting into bed with a HumpDashian."
