Daniel Baldwin million dollar divorce

Daniel Baldwin and his wife Joanne Baldwin has just filed divorce papers in Oregon according to TMZ.
Irreconcilable differences are cited as the cause, and Joanne is reportedly demanding $4k per month in child support for their 2 children and 50% of all of Daniel's earnings.
Joanne is also asking the court for full custody and to require Daniel to take out a $1,000,000 life insurance policy for the benefit of their kids.
Baldwin starred in "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" in 2007 but was let go for inappropriated texting with fellow contestant Mary Carey
