Canadian singer Céline Dion's home was broken into by a hungry trespasser who felt he needed a bath.
In a bizarre tale, CNN reports that intruder Daniel Bedard, 36, was ready to bathe in her bathtub at the Montreal-area residence on Monday when police showed up at the house with a canine unit, thanks to a good home alarm system.
The intruder had reportedly also taken his fill of Dion's treats in the kitchen and had eaten at the singer's home as well.
"He opened the water faucets, was pouring a nice warmish bath [and] he even managed to eat some pastry that was in the 'fridge,' " Laval police spokesman Franco Di Genova said to reporters at the scene.
Allegedly, the intruder was confused by the police's presence and asked them what they were doing there.
Police repeated the same question back to him, then arrested and charged Bedard with breaking and entering, auto theft and property damage.
Luckily Dion and husband René Angélil were living in their Florida property when this happened, according to CNN.
