Jennifer Lopez says yes to another round of FOX's "American Idol," but no to being married to singer Marc Anthony.

"We have decided to end our marriage," the couple said in a statement to E! News. "This was a very difficult decision. We have come to amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."

Lopez and Anthony wed in 2004 and have have 3-year-old twins.

Awkward timing as they have the new Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony collections at Kohl's with heavily promoted online contests. The couple have launched branded apparel, bedding, bath collections - all available beginning in September.

To celebrate the fall 2011 launch of the Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony collections, Kohl's is launching a "Best Friends Getaway" contest, offering 15 winners a chance to live it up with their best friend on an all-expense paid trip to New York City. The collections, available at Kohl's beginning this September, include a home offering of bedding and towels in addition to apparel, handbags and jewelry.

The contest invites participants to submit a creative video showing why they love Jennifer and/or Marc.

The 15 winners will be announced on August 12, 2011. The prize package includes entry to a star-studded NYC Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez, editorial preview, KohlFashion Week event in September, dinner at one of Jennifer and Marc's favorite NYC restaurants, a pampering session at an NYC salon, a $500 Kohl's gift card, $500 spending cash, and a flip cam to record and report the experience.
