Lawyers, Huns and Money: Schwarzenegger Divorce big payday for attorneys

It's hard to get all emotionally wadded up over the impending Arnold and Maria divorce.

Though, most if not all women feel for Maria, given that Arnold brazenly slummed with the hired help and then allegedly whistled around the house as his illegitimate toddler's first words were "I'll Be Back" while sprouting a gapped-tooth smile and master race biceps.

There is a huge fortune to divvy up, and let's just say Maria and the children won't be sleeping in cardboard boxes.

Pre-nup-less, TMZ reported that Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver will split around $400 million.

California law, dictates that all earnings and other property acquired during the marriage is considered community property, which means a 50/50 split.

The divide according to TMZ is Arnold's at $300 million, while Maria's is around $100 million in net worth.  Because the marriage is over 20 years and the children, the divorce will never go to trial, but settle out of court.

Maria's team is headed by Laura Wasser, and Arnold's man is Bob Kaufman. They will divide the homes and all the assets between the two.  TMZ says the final terms will be strictly confidential.
